Digital Products

Delivery Method: All of our digital products are delivered via email or download link. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product(s).

Delivery Time: The delivery time for digital products may vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, you can expect to receive your digital product(s) within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping Fees: As digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees associated with these products.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital products. All sales of digital products are final.
Technical Support: We provide technical support for our digital products in case you encounter any issues. If you have any problems with your PDF document, please feel free to reach out by using the "Contact Us" and I will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Compatibility: Please ensure that your device or software is compatible with the digital product(s) before making your purchase. We cannot guarantee that our products will work with all devices or software.
Intellectual Property: Our digital products are protected by copyright law and are for personal use only. You are not permitted to share, resell, or distribute our digital products in any way.

Physical Product

Delivery Method: We ship our physical products using USPS

Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method, but typically range from 2-5 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
International Shipping: At the moment we do not off internationally shipping but we look forward to serving our international customers soon. 
Refunds and Returns: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a or EXCHANGE. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product was not what you expected. 
Delivery Issues: If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact USPS as soon as possible so they can investigate and resolve the issue.
Delivery Requirements: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
